Hi all

Commencing Monday 5 February, Tandy Johnson and I will be sharingthe Principal leadership role for the school.

Tandy is in charge of the school on Monday and Tuesday and weshare a cross over Principal day on Wednesdays. David works Wednesday, Thursdayand Friday.  Stephen Hayes (AssistantPrincipal) works Tuesday, Wednesday and alternate Thursday or Fridays. ShelleyGunn joins the team as Acting Assistant Principal for 3 days on Monday, Tuesdayand Fridays plus shares classroom roles on Wednesday and Thursdays.

This new model has been highly planned and is an advantage to ourleadership profile as we have highly experienced leaders bringing together arange of talents and expertise. I congratulate Tandy and Shelley in theirappointments and it is a wonderful opportunity for them to build leadershipcapacity in a supportive and great school environment.  

Cara Grant and Michelle Lucas continue to coordinate and lead ourCurriculum Development and programs. Janine Tucker continues in the role of Mental Health and Wellbeingcoordinator.  The overall plan providesstrong leadership and depth and is very exciting for the school.

Please congratulate and support Tandy and Shelley in their newroles when you meet.
